1) Please select your conference and submit your application!
2) Make the payment in time to secure your place at the conference here: PAYMENT You can choose between the following payment options: Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Please be aware that you can cancel any time up to a month before the event and we will refund your fee (minus banking and administrative charge of 15%). We cannot refund the fee after that, because it is simply calculated to cover the costs; however you can send a proxy delegate.
A VISA invitation letter can only be issued after the reception of the payment and the confirmation of your seat at the conference.
Remember to follow the instructions on the webpages for different application/ submission modes, especially for paper submission deadlines! Please be aware that travel and accommodation costs are not included in the fees. The fees are the same for all, including students and speakers, so we can keep them low enough to enable a broad participation.
