Please be aware that you can cancel any time up to a month before the event and we will refund your fee (minus banking and administrative charge of 15%).
We cannot refund the fee after that, because it is simply calculated to cover the costs; however you can send a proxy delegate.
Please be aware that we cannot take any responsibility if you cannot attend due to political/terroristic restrictions or EU/UK Visa regulations. You have to apply for a visa yourself, we will send you an official invitation letter upon complete registration and payment. The fee covers the program, publication and review fees, lunch, networking dinner (£ 480 Option), and social side program, but it does not cover travel and accommodation.
