We cannot refund the fee after that, because it is simply calculated to cover the costs; however you can send a proxy delegate. Please be aware that we cannot take any responsibility if you cannot attend due to EU/UK Visa regulations. You have to apply for a visa yourself, we will send you an official invitation letter upon complete registration and payment. The fee covers the program, lunch and social side program, but it does not cover travel and accommodation.
